In November 1989, a group of visionaries founded Soapro with a simple yet profound conviction: Angola deserved technical consulting services of the highest quality. Today, we are much more than a logo, a building, or a client portfolio.

Soapro is today a benchmark thanks to all the people who, over the course of 36 years, have contributed to, enriched, and helped grow this project, giving it the stature that makes us proud today. We are a company of professionals, and it is this culture that allows us to think long-term and invest in our people and our country.

Soapro leaves its mark throughout our region, with more than 3,500 completed projects in infrastructure, buildings, consulting, engineering, architecture, the environment, supervision, and assessments. Projects that connect communities, create jobs, and improve lives. Projects that stand the test of time.

Each one was carried out with the same commitment that has defined us from day one. Each one represented a relationship built on trust with a client who chose us—and who, in most cases, chose us again. That trust increases our responsibility with every project and reinforces our belief that competence prevails.
