Located on Amilcar Cabral Street, this 3,831.70 m² project is divided into three floors and comprises various hospital services. The building is connected to the emergency department via a corridor located on the first and second floors. An asphalt-concrete parking lot was constructed at the front of the complex, and the sewer system was also renovated.

The project also includes the construction of a 174 m³ wastewater treatment plant, an incinerator, and a simple oxygen plant. A fire suppression system connected to a pumping station was installed.
